Support Centre
Our Customer Support Centre combines technical, sales and administrative support under a single contact number – (254 20) 3860986. It operates five (5) days a week, eight (8) hours a day. The result is prompt access to professional assistance, significantly improving your enterprises’ operational capability. Further support is offered via email, Chat and SMS.

We have also implemented the Customer Relationship Management call management and tracking system. This system enables our Support Centre engineers issue tickets for all faults and is an invaluable tool in the management and resolution of faults. This ensures that you reap maximum benefits from systems that Alliance Technologies has deployed on your business locations.

The escalation of a fault from the Support Centre consultant to the relevant Alliance Technologies action group is effective for faults that are solely the responsibility of Alliance Technologies. Should Alliance Technologies determine that the fault rests with a third party, Alliance Technologies will register a service request with the third party, and will continue to manage the fault on the customer's behalf.
